THE 157th INVERELL SHOW  February 28th to 1st March 2025. 

 

 

The Inverell Show encourages community involvement to showcase what Inverell and its District has to offer in the agricultural field.

• Come and watch the campdraft, horse riding, woodchopping, yard dog trials, beef cattle exhibits, whip cracking events.

• Browse the pavilion full of arts, crafts, fresh produce and cooking.

• Maybe you would like to see what the town has to offer in agricultural machinery.

• There are always plenty of animals to view whether its horses, beef cattle, working dogs or poultry.

• As the sun sets enjoy the fireworks, rodeo, demolition derby or recapture your youth down sideshow alley.

Since 1868, for 157  years, the Inverell Show Society has hosted the local agricultural show. The first show was held on the banks of the Macintyre River behind what is now Coles. In 1873 it was moved to Kamilaroi Park which is now a sporting oval.

Our current location, which we have enjoyed since 1914, is the Inverell Showground which is on the Tingha Road on the edge of Inverell.
